1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyTeachingSheets ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MyTeachingSheets is an educational content platform where creators can create, upload, and share worksheets and bundles. Your content is reviewed and approved by managers, and you earn revenue from sales. You can optionally integrate with Pinterest to auto-pin approved products.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You agree to provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Service for illegal purposes, upload content you don't own, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools, or resell content without permission.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create
• By uploading, you grant MyTeachingSheets a license to use, reproduce, and distribute it
• You warrant your content does not infringe on third-party rights

4.2 Licensed Content

Some content is licensed from third parties (Freepik, Pixabay, etc.). You must comply with those licenses.

4.3 Copyright & DMCA

To report copyright infringement, contact support@myteachingsheets.com. We will investigate within 10 business days.

5. Content Approval & Moderation

5.1 Review Process

All submitted content undergoes review by our managers. Approval is at our sole discretion.

5.2 Grounds for Rejection

• Inappropriate or offensive content
• Low quality or incomplete work
• Copyright infringement or plagiarism
• Violation of educational standards

5.3 Appeals

If rejected, you may request an explanation. You have 30 days to appeal. Contact support@myteachingsheets.com.

6. Payment & Revenue

6.1 Earnings

• You earn revenue when your approved content is purchased
• Earnings are calculated monthly and paid via PayPal
• We retain a platform fee
• Earnings are NOT guaranteed

6.2 Payment Terms

• Minimum payout: $10
• Processed on the 15th of each month
• You are responsible for taxes
• We may withhold fraudulent activity payments

6.3 Refunds

Users have 14 days for refunds. If issued, your earnings for that purchase are reversed. Excessive refunds may result in suspension.

7. Pinterest Integration

7.1 Authorization

By connecting Pinterest, you authorize us to create pins on your behalf and post approved products to your selected board.

7.2 Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for all pins created on your account
• Pins created by our app follow Pinterest's terms
• Ensure your Pinterest account is in good standing

7.3 Disconnection

You can disconnect anytime. Previously created pins are NOT removed. We delete stored tokens upon disconnection.

7.4 Pinterest Terms

Your use of Pinterest is subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Pinterest's actions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that earnings will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for lost earnings or third-party actions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MyTeachingSheets from claims arising from your violation of these terms or your content infringing on third-party rights.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension Grounds

We may suspend your account if you violate terms, upload infringing content, engage in fraud, or fail repeated payments.

11.2 Termination

• You may terminate anytime by contacting support
• Content may remain if purchased
• Personal data deleted within 60 days
• Earnings history retained for accounting

12. Modifications to Service

We may modify the Service or terms anytime. Material changes are communicated via email with 30-day notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. laws.

13.2 Dispute Process

2. We will attempt to resolve within 30 days
3. If unresolved, either party may pursue legal action

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, that provision will be severed and remaining terms remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. Any prior agreements are superseded.
